Philosophy

At Heritage Care Center, everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve dignity in life. This philosophy keeps us focused on those we serve. Over the years, we have developed effective methods for providing an environment where dignity and happiness prevail - where service is disciplined by love and true understanding of the elderly individual's needs.

Care

Each resident at Heritage receives loving and restorative care. Whenever possible, we work to restore health, with the ultimate goal of helping residents lead more independent lives.

Our experienced staff is involved in all phases of adjustment and rehabilitation. We establish individual care plans based on the recommendations of the resident's physician, our own health care professionals, the resident, and family members.

Together, the members of this team help ensure that each resident will lead a more enjoyable, comfortable life.

Setting

Beyond providing the best in professional care, Heritage offers warm, tastefully decorated interiors which can be customized with items from home.

We welcome families and friends to Heritage at any time to experience firsthand the caring attitude that sets us apart. The homelike setting makes families feel comfortable as they participate in activities and social gatherings or just drop by for short visits.

What We Offer

	Rehabilitation: To complement our care here at Heritage, quality rehabilitation services are provided by EnduraCare. They offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
	Daily Activities: Heritage offers daily activities such as bingo, dominoes, card games, crafts, country school van rides, live music, and much more.
	Friendly Environment: Come play a game in our front lounge, listen to music in our large dinning area or just gaze at our fish aquarium and aviary by our television room.
	Beautiful Landscaping: Take a walk around our many varieties of flowers, help weed the wheel chair-accessible flower boxes, or help pick some fresh ripe tomatoes.
	Restorative Care: We work to keep our residents healthy, strong, and on their toes, if possible, by walking and working on upper and lower body strength.
	Outstanding Staff: We're dedicated, hard-working, well-trained, and very caring people.
